1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://www.skatt.in or engaging the physical workspace facilities and consulting services provided by SKATT Business Park (“SKATT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access our premises or use our services.

2. Executive Workspaces & Facility Usage

SKATT Business Park provides private executive cabins, coworking desks, virtual offices, and meeting room facilities across our campuses in Manjeri and Nilambur, Kerala.

• Occupancy & Conduct: Members and guests must maintain professional workplace conduct, respect acoustic privacy, and comply with all posted safety guidelines.
• Access Privileges: Access credentials (biometric data, digital keys, or access cards) are strictly non-transferable.
• Facility Care: Members are responsible for maintaining workspace integrity, equipment, and shared amenities.

3. Virtual Office & Business Address Services

Virtual Office subscribers receive authorization to use SKATT Business Park addresses for corporate correspondence, GST registration, and company incorporation in accordance with local regulations.

• Subscribers must provide valid Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, government identification, and company incorporation proof prior to service activation.
• Subscribers are strictly prohibited from using SKATT addresses for illegal, fraudulent, or high-risk unregistered commercial ventures.

4. Strategic Business Consulting Services

Our strategic business consulting, corporate structuring, and tax advisory services are provided based on professional industry benchmarks. Strategic consultations and advice provided by SKATT consultants do not constitute legal representation unless explicitly executed under a separate formal legal retainer.

5. Payment Terms & Billing

Membership fees, workspace retainers, and consulting fees are billed in accordance with the executed Service Agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise. Timely payment is required to maintain active access privileges and business address authorizations.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

SKATT respects the intellectual property and strategic trade secrets of our executive clients. All corporate consulting discussions and member interactions are governed by strict mutual non-disclosure obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SKATT Business Park shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from workspace interruptions, network latency, or third-party service delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malappuram / Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
